Amaltas Retail

AMALTAS Retail, a company promoted by Sangeeta H Kamath and Harish B Kamath, represents
several English brands for the Indian market in the area of fresh hand made cosmetics, watches,
jewellery & other fashion accessories. The business focus over two decades has primarily been on
manufacturing, marketing & distributing, retail, exports and servicing of global standards.

Aokang Group

Established in 1988, Aokang Group is one of the first in the shoes making industry to pass ISO9001
international quality system and ISO14001 environmental management system. On 24th March
2008, the brand has launched itself in India as Aokang International India Pvt. Ltd., under the
leadership of Mr. Anirudh Banerjee. The company has their 1st exclusive Image Store at MGF
Metropolitan Mall, Saket, New Delhi. With a scheduled investment plan of around Rs. 300 Crs in a
phased manner over the next 5 years, Aokang International India Pvt. Ltd will be one of the largest
footwear retailers in the country. Headquartered in China; Aokang has global offices in India, U.S.A
and Hong Kong. Aokang Group boasts of three shoes-making bases, six shoe brands and three design
centres in Milan, Wenzhou and Guangzhou, which design more than 3000 new samples per year,
leading the fashion trend in shoes making industry.

Ballyfabs

Ballyfabs is India’s first and premier brand for Jute and Cotton Bags & Fabrics with retail outlets
across India. The range includes laminated, non laminated fabrics in current and International
fashion forecasted colors in numerous weaves, prints and natural fibre blended finishes. Ballyfabs is
a division of the Kankaria Group, which has the world’s largest range of jute products. The group is
also ranked amongst the largest manufacturers having two high capacity jute mills, producing over
120,000 metric tons of jute products annually, exceeding Rs. 4.5 billion in sales and employs over
18000 people

Bharti Enterprises

wholesale cash-and-carry and back-end supply chain management operations in India.

Bharti Retail

Bharti Retail is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharti Enterprises, one of India's leading business
groups. Bharti Retail is setting up a chain of multiple consumer friendly format stores in India which
are 100 per cent owned and operated by Bharti. It also provides consumers with products of
affordable prices, great quality and wider choice.

Bharti Wal-Mart

Bharti Wal-Mart Private Limited is a business-to-business (B2B) joint venture between Bharti
Enterprises and Wal-Mart for wholesale cash-and-carry and back-end supply chain management
operations in India to serve small retailers, manufacturers and farmers. The JV is scheduled to launch
its first B2B wholesale cash-and-carry store in northern India in 2009. A typical cash-and-carry store
will stand between 50,000 and 100,000 square feet and sell a wide range of fruits and vegetables,
groceries, footwear, clothing and other general merchandise items. The JV is expected to open 10 to
15 wholesale cash-and-carry facilities and employ approximately 5,000 people over the next seven
years

Charming Apparels offers ready-to-stitch salwar kameez dupattas, kurtis and embroidered dress
materials for contemporary woman.The range offers the latest designs, colors and immaculate
quality embroideries. The in-house production unit comprises schifflee and multi-head machines
along with value addition machines from Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Korea.

Cottons by Century

Cottons by Century, experiencing a high growth since its launch, is pacing itself towards achieving
the peak status in the branded apparels segment. In a short span, the huge demand compelled
brand outlets to expand all over the country with 80 exclusive stores & 40 franchisees. The brand
has planned an aggressive growth oriented expansion through franchise development and is also
focusing on opening exclusive stores for its newly launched women’s wear.

Creative Portico

Creative Portico India Pvt Ltd is a part of the professionally managed textile and apparel
manufacturing and exporting Creative Group with a turnover of more than Rs 4.5 billion. It entered
the domestic bed and bath soft furnishing business in April 2004. Creative Portico markets brands
including Tommy Hilfiger Home, soft furnishing products of kids’ and teens’ licensed characters
