firis Circular is hereby issued in order to inlorrn all coucerned taxpayers that the
Alphalist Data Entrv and \zalidation Module (Version 6.1). the prescribed tacilit,v fbr
accomplishing the Aiphabetical List of Ernployees/Pa,vees Flom Wl-rom Taxes Were Wiihheid
fbr pr-uposes of submission to this Bureau. is currently being enhanced and its completion is
sti1l being detennined until all the technical issues have been finali1'addressed.

Aeeordingly fol plrrposes of providing all tar,pa..iers sufficient time to prepare and
subrnit tlie prescribed Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation
and Final Withholding Taxes (BlR Form Nos. 1604-C and 1604-F). including the Alphabetical
List of Entployees/Payees From Whom Taxes Wele Withheld, once the availability of the
enhanced rrersior-r of the said ir-iodule is announced thlu an adr.,isot"y. ihe subrrrission of the saicl
returns and alphalist is hereby extended lrom Januarr.3l" 2020to February 28,2020.
