RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE NATIONAL ELECTRIFICATION
ADMINISTRATION FOR SUBSIDY ALLOCATION ON THE IMPLEMETNATION OF
HOUSEHOLD ELECTRIFICATION THRU RENEWABLE ENERGY.

WHEREAS, it is the mandate of President Rodrigo Duterte to attain a 100% household

election connection by the year 2022 and in compliance with the Department of Energy’s
strategic plan and the 7-point agenda of NEA Administrator Edgardo Masongsong;

WHEREAS, the Electric Cooprative is supportive on this tall order considering that the
present household energization level is ___ out ___ which are mostly located in the far-flung
areas where grid line is not yet possible because of absence of access road, mountainous
terrain and insurgencies;

WHEREAS, NUVELCO is requesting for subsidy allocation to energize the remaining

percentage of household thru renewable energy particularly Photovoltaic Mainstreaming (PVM)
with the following targets:
2021 – 1,500 number of households
2022 – 1,500 number of households
2023– 1,500 number of households

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion by the members of the Board and duly
seconded, it was - -

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to REQUEST THE NATIONAL

ELECTRIFICATION ADMINISTRATION FOR SUBSIDY ALLOCATION ON THE
IMPLEMETNATION OF HOUSEHOLD ELECTRIFICATION THRU RENEWABLE
ENERGY.

RESOLVED FINALLY to furnish copy of this resolution to all concerned for their information and
appropriate action.
