Research methodology is one such subject which forms the base for all the subjects . Whenever
there is a problem it can be analysed by forming a research paper . Firstly , the objective of the
study is prepared and then the data is collected using various primary and secondary sources . After
collecting data it is analysed and the person comes to a solution on the subject matter . Research
methodology is a systematic way of studying a particular subject or situation and based on logic and
understanding the decision is taken and interpretation is made . All the theories whether in science,
maths and any other subject are developed following this method . Research papers are one of the
most common ways to understand a problem which might arise in the minds of lot of people and
supporting the solutions with evidences . There are various research papers that get published every
day and they provide basic knowledge about the subject . Whether its finding the reason about the
drop in the sales of a car model or finding an impact of coronavirus on the country each and every
section requires figures to support it . Based on the findings of the research there can be a proper
solution that can be found to a problem . Hence, research methodology deals with problem finding
and solving in a most cost effective and easy way .moreover , these research papers give a practical
view and avoid baseless arguments .these can be used as evidences to prove a particular statement
or the occurrence of an event . A researcher must focus that the research is time bound and the value
is greater than the costs incurred on the research . In all the businesses the decisions are taken based
on the researches carried out at various departments (finance, operations, marketing and human
resource ). There are various sited that give access to research papers like researchpaper.com,
academia etc. In case if you ever feel a statement is true . Make it as an objective . First the
hypothesis is made and then the alternative and null hypothesis are tested based on the population
and the sample surveys as per the convenience . The existing literature is studied and the
organisational quantitative and qualitative aspects are judged and objectives and hypothesis is
made .the research proposal is then made and different people come together to get to a result . In
order to carry out a research we need to study research design whether it is exploratory or
conclusive . Data should be collected based on the subject whether its a primary or a secondary
source and help in reaching a conclusion .A data collection plan is to be made and it can be
collected by various ways like designing a questionnaire , which should contain specific and close
ended questions and should be confined to the topic of research . Questionnaire are rolled out online
as well as offline . Google docs is one of the best ways to collect data at a fast speed and from a
large number of people . It can be collected by other means too which include observing, taking
interviews , experimenting and carrying out various audits . Likert scale is one of the most common
technique to take into consideration the opinions of the population . Based on the data collected
now it is to be measured and various scales are to be used to analyze it which include nominal,
ordinal and ratio based on the requirement . The scales are decided on the basis of order , equal
spacing and inclusion of zero . Based on the suitability the data is scaled and measured . After
scaling there are two ways in which comparative and non comparative scaling is done . The data is
judged on the reliability and generalisability perspective . Moreover it should possess criterion
validity and construct validity . It is almost impossible to go to each and every person in the target
population and record their responses . So in order to solve this problem a sample is chosen which
is of adequate size and carries the characteristics of the whole population . The sample can be
chosen randomly or with some specifications based on the demands of the research objective . Now
the hypothesis has been formed and the data has been collected from the sampling design then the
most crucial step comes into place which is hypothesis testing that includes use of various statistical
tools like cluster analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression and also discriminant analysis . An
appropriate test is selected to test the data . Level of significance is determined and then the
deviations from the critical point are calculated . Based on these calculations the results are to be
interpreted and published . The research should be published in a proper format with title page ,
objective , analysis and interpretation of findings and end with the conclusion . Finally a research
paper is not established and now it can be used as a secondary source of information by other
people . Research methodology is one such subject which helps people to show their creativity and
logic at the same time and evaluate to predict the results . It is very important that a person is
innovative and has full knowledge about the required subject . This helps in establishing cause and
effect relationships and also for the decision making and further planning and operations . High
level research help in gaining recognition at the national level . If a student ever wants to get into
what is really happening in the current scenario and applicability of any subject they can opt for
publishing a research paper . It also gives a good impression on the resume . hence, this subject
proves to be very beneficial from knowledge and practical point of view .
