Technology:

Planets independently on VR and iPad to read and add stuff like facts to their trading cards. They

do their own planet first then can explore others. 

 Virtual learning summer summit 

 Course analytics is a new thing on the left side and you can see a student and what they

have done in schoology. 

 Bill Nye, look at all the videos before they show you on youtube, always go to the stream

first not youtube. There are Bill Nye videos that have been altered to be bad with voice

over. Make sure you watch youtube first and have it on your computer.

 Rethinking sharing SOL grades with third and fourth grade

Mrs. Ritzel is brainstorming ideas for rewards for fourth and fifth grade because the students

don’t like/are not enthused by splash tickets. Here are some ideas: 

 Stage for lunch 

 Sitting at a different table at lunch 

 Going to recess with another class on grade level

 Make a grade level goal and measure 

Kid Talk 

 Next time going over the maybe people for SOL but doing it in PLC not before

 Discussion of students in individual classes and their specific learning needs
