Scarpa Street near the incorporated town of Las Vegas, Nevada, North
America l"the property"), for
purchase from private homeowner by private homeowner without
the attachment of a mortgage. I,
Jawhara Hilal Mushirah El, the living sentient woman, rightful heir
and beneficiary of the CHRISTINA
JEWEL MUDAYH, Estate., issue this Adverse Order on the record for
the record in all matters involving
the misrepresentations presented by Mr. Shawn Nevin, Presiden
t OBA PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC.,
Maren Kasper, Acting President GINNIE MAE, and its associated party
Mat lshbia, President UNITED
SHORE FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC OBA UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGA
GE hereafter referred to as Mr.
Shawn Nevin Et Alia. As you are aware the agreement for the above
mentioned property (application is
only specific to your interest associated with the above reference
d property), has been satisfied on
behalf of CHRISTINA J MUDAYH, and that obligation with your organiza
tions is hereby declared satisfied .

THE SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE ACT

As required by the law, when you receive the funds back equating
to the value of the loan,
either through federal government, to the federal reserve bank, or
any other entity, you were to then
return the original note, the deed to the property, and a certificat
e certifying that the account was
satisfied, you have failed to do that.

SECURITIZATION TRUSTEE

Mr. Anthony Renzi, President CENLAR FSB OBA CENTRAL LOAN ADMINIS
TRATION & REPORTING
initiated debt collection actions on this property without the right to
do so, knowing that the Deed of
Trust had been satisfied. You were also aware that the property had
Mortgage-Backed Insurance, as
required by statute and federal law (as it was placed in a Mortgage
-Backed Security (MBS) of GINNIE
MAE, for which you ignored) and CHRISTINA J MUDAYH had not
received the benefits of such an

investment, however you collected monies as a result of the mortgage lnsumnce. The most Important
aspect of your breach of fiduciary duty of care was the following :

Mr. Anthony Remi Et Alla is and are dismissed and immediately relieved of duty from
trusteeship based upon Mr. Anthony Renzi's questionable accounting practices and misrepresentations.
Whatever processes "questionable" used by Mr. Anthony Renzi appear to demonstrate an attempt to
defraud Jahara Hllal Mushirah El, the beneficiary of the assets. The records at question were apparently
presented via Mr. Shawn Nevin Et Alla and its, their administrators dubious accounting records
practices. CENTRAL LOAN ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING's undisclosed accounting records evidenced
by virtue of this present action are alleged to be showing transactions associated with the Estate and the
same had not been disclosed to the truster, CHRISTINA J MUDAYH. Furthermore, the questionable
diversion and incomplete and non-answered response to formerly issued written requests from the desk
of Jawhara Hilal Mushirah El clearly constitutes indisputable severe breach of "trust" and derelict to
their Hfiduciary duty of care" evidenced by Mr. Anthony Renzi's silence and by the following untoward
acts deemed to initiate the said debt collection action against my interest and against the Estate. Mr.
Anthony Renzi Et Alia are declared to not possess rightful trusteeship in any and all matters related· to
the organic land nor at "the property" and all accoutrements associated to it being a part of the
CHRISTINA JEWEL MUDAYH, Estate., pending revocation of signature by the rightful beneficiary.

The law does not permit you to act in such a way, by due process under the law some
unidentifiable living sentient man or woman had to produce verifiable evidence justifying the "action" in
this controversy. Therefore the personal persons, claimant, accuser, trustee alleging to have or to
possess documented claims of power of attorney over myself, Jawhara Hilal Mushirah El, or over the
Estate (recognizing and acknowledging the fact that you were the securitization trustee, which means
you were the fiduciary having a fiduciary responsibility of care to the trustor with respects to their being
a Trust Interest Holder (TIH) or investor in the security) is commanded to produce the document of
proof to support his or her claim of right to have initiated the said debt collection action. You failed to
provide the appropriate 1099s, interest, dividends, and/or other associated information to this investor.
I am accusing you of collusion, constructive fraud, and interfering with the trade of securities on the
financial markets along with other improprieties. You are hereby notified that I've contacted the
appropriate agencies associated with the securities laws for the state of Nevada and for the federal
government regarding your conduct. I require an audit of the original account as it is my right, I require
all of the information associated with the trade as it is my right, and I require the never separated
original mortgage and original promissory note. I require assistance from your office to put a stop to the
violation of the agreement and of my rights. For the record, I maintain my right to question to all and all
thi rd party accusers and cla imants in the matter. I affirm my right as beneficiary to rebut the apparent
r ,ic, 2pr1:sentations in this present colorable claim and the apparent conversion actions associated with
it.

REGARDING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND LENDERS

All contracts must contain clauses associated with value and consideration required by law.
There is no obligation on the part of CHRISTINA J MUDAYH to allow you to trade the property and/or
their interest on the market without just compensation, and the fact that you have received
considerable compensation for the trade of such items on the market and have failed to credit the
account as agreed, you're in breach of that agreement.

I hereby repudiate and rebut all unwarranted hypothecation activities alleged against the Estate
and refute any and all abandonment claims made by the foreign and misrepresented persons doing
business as PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. Et Alia. There is no law requiring anyone to sign away rights,
and/or to agree to waive rights in order to acquire that which is governed by federal law. This is a
violation of the Truth in Lending Act and a violation of federal law. I do therefore publicly and privately
proclairn and dedare my divine and natural rights to my corporal and incorporeal hereditaments. I also
claim all rights to any profits, benefits, funds and/or monies generated by the surety instruments held In
escrow, to include files, documents, ledgers, and accounting association upon which the signature was
placed and thereafter used by Mr. Shawn Nevin Et Alla and deemed for profit in violation of laws that
govern securitization. I am, Jawhara Hllal Mushirah El, the living sentient woman and rightful heir of the

Estate in question and I give notice, I affirm and I declare my rightful right of " Reversion of Estate# and
therefore I make no daim with respect to the title and misrepresenting capitalized name, nom de guerre
being a title and the spurious creations of the foreign defacto PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. Et Alia
operators, actors and owners. I surrender and assign any and all reversionary interest to the foreign
privately owned UNITED STATES and its subsidiaries for full acquittance discharge settlement and
closure of my reliance upon the rule of law set at Title so USC § Sb part 2. I assume no liabilities or debts
however contrived among PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. administrators corporate associates, and I do not
consent to stand as -surety" for the foreign private and for profit PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC Et Alia and I
did not and do not agree to stand as surety for PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. owners or administrators nor
for subsidiaries or its associates at any point or moment in time.

The present debt collection action demonstrates that Mr. Shawn Nevin's accounting records
were apparently accepted by another third party as being proper and valid by some man or woman or
clerk having association with or to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. It appears that the said
questionable, by virtue of its applied accountability correctness used as grounds for initiating the said
debt collection activities related to a failure to examine misrepresentation of the #debt'' owed as alleged
by Mr. Shawn Nevin and associated with or tagged to my private beneficiary right of daim. I, the true
creditor in the Estate matter inclusive of "the property" was established by virtue of the apparent
r 1isusage of the signature upon the promissory note and assets being used without my permission or
.,uthori za ti on and with the same being deceptively used by others to create a #security" and traded as a
fungible instrument. Jawhara Hilal Mushirah El, as written and as presented by myself is to be
distinguished from any and all nom de guerre all capitalized names or by any other grammatical or
semantical conversions such as CHRISTINA MUDAYH etc. or via any other misnomers or
misrepresentations implied written or otherwise presented by agents or representatives of or for
PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. Et Alia without my knowledge and without my willful authorization. The
note or securitized instruments in question undoubtedly appear to have been used by Mr. Shawn Nevin
Et Alia or by delegated corporate succession others doing business via PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. Et Alia
for effectuating fungible transactions or with the #note» possibly deemed for empowering or monetizing
fraudulent transactions made by anyone or by someone associated with PACIFIC HOME LOANS, INC. Et
Alia via the entities administrators and their accounting practices and/or by some other dishonest
contractual or for profit associated activities. No profits, no monies or funds associated with or
generated by the undisclosed usages of the "promissory note" bearing the name CHRISTINA J MUDAYH
signature in this case has ever been forwarded to me, some undisclosed party or persons suspected to
be, or who have alleged to have been authorized by Mr. Anthony Renzi doing business as CENTRAL
LOAN ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING Et Alia, initiating the misrepresented debt collection claims
agai nst the Estate.

The corporate owners, agents and representatives collectively referred to as Mr. Shawn Nevin Et
Alia have conjoined to themselves third party interlopers and debt collections agents and these third
party interlopers, agents or representatives or other veiled or undisclosed claimants, owners, operators
and/or administrators and/or are equally principal and agent questioned to prove his, her, their claims
against the Estate. I demand that the claimants prove the alleged debt owed to the alleged man, woman
or the unnamed persons claiming to be the original guarantor of monies or funds in this matter and to
show clear proof that the same substance consideration monies or funds were at any point or time
delivered into the hands and placed in my possession, and furthermore the said accuser, alleged
guarantors bear the burden of proof and are charged to produce the accounting record and ledgers with
the original instruments that prove there is an alleged debt owing and to be associated with or to my
assets or the Estate. I, in Chief by right of due process secured under constitutional law, and the
beneficiary questions the activities associated with all and any allegations or claims made against me or
by any man or woman associated with or levied against the said asset and the Estate and this instance
the said assets including "the property." I, for the record challenge the veracity of the claims and
challenge the jurisdiction of the lien note alleged to be founded upon the so called "loan" of monies or
funds which the alleged guarantor has said or implied to have been delivered into the possession of
