 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Monitors the project in all stages and provides solution to the problems being encountered by
coordinating directly with project engineers, site engineers, site workers and contractors
Prepares and updates detailed monthly programs
Monitors survey requests
Works in accordance with issued variation orders or to recover delays

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
With atleast 3-5 years working experience as Planning Engineer is required
Knowledge in planning and site development, land development and/or contractor management is a
huge advantage
With excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical-thinking skills
Possess ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure or when facing a tight deadline
