Dear Dr.Derije,

I am Joy Nica T.Sosalo a third year BSED major in mathematics. I am an irregular student from the
BSED old curriculum. I was not able to take this subject last semester (2018-2019) due to I gave birth to
my first son , by this reason I temporarily stop to study . This semester, I am allowed to take twenty four
(24) units of regular load. I would like to ask permission from your good office to please allow me to take
extra 3 units from a petition subject for this semester since I do not have a failing grade in the previous
semester. I need to enrol this subject because it belong to the old curriculum that is offered only this
semester by petition.
