REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FOR FLEET BASE BUILDINGS,

1. Indian Navy, IHQ-MoD (Navy) proposes to undertake construction of Fleet Base

Buildings, Infrastructure & Equipment at Naval Base, Karwar, Karnataka.

(c) Brief description of Works The scope of Construction Works associated
with Fleet Base Buildings in the Logistics
Area Contract Package - 2 comprises the
following major elements.
1. Construction of Fleet Base Buildings in the
Logistics Area.
2. Construction of associated external
infrastructure, utilities, services and
equipment within the Logistics Area.

(e) Application due date Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 1500 hrs IST
(f) Opening of Application Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 1530 hrs IST

2. The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to short-list reputable

and capable contractors/firms with proven track record, who could undertake this work
as part of Phase IIA of Project Seabird.

3. Reputed firms having capabilities, past experience, proven track record,

adequate technical and financial resources in undertaking similar work shall submit
their application along with documentary proof, such as work order, completion
certificate for experience, audited balance sheet, profit & loss account statement for
meeting all the eligibility criteria, as given in the RFQ document.
