1. First item discussed was SOCIAL MEDIA

a. There will be a rotation of Page Admin c/o MC Bagets

b. MC Bagets will actively update the Facebook Page by:

- posting BIBLE VERSE or PSALM of the particular Sunday
- highlighting FEAST DAYS
- highlighting PARISH ACTVITIES / Sharing Posts from the Tata Hosep page

c. To create an ALBUM for MC WEDDINGS

- Ate Jen to provide “simple” advertorial text containing the following details: Contact Person
and Contact Numbers etc…
- Enan raised that we should identify as to how far can we “go” in terms of area. The group
initially agreed that we can accept bookings from Las Pinas, Paranaque, Sucat, Alabang and
Pasay.
- Point person for Bookings will be Stephanie & Jasmin.
- Steph to provide Google Forms.
 d. For the photos during our pictorial. Ate Jen will provide a “short” testimonials for each
member not later than February 02, 2020, Sunday. Steph to provide Google Forms.

2. Next TOPIC discussed was the 25 th Anniversary Concert.

5. Ate Jen to prepare for a Sponsorship Letter addressed to Fr. August for the
USE of VENUE.

The CORE decided to split the GROUP FORMATION into TWO CATEGORIES: the MUSICALITY and
the SPRITUALITY

i. MUSICALITY
1. To organize WORKSHOPS particularly in BASIC CHORAL SINGING
a. Ate Jen to contact SAV or “SEARCH PO NAMIN MAMAYA”
2. Schedule as follows:
a. May 10, 2020
b. Aug 16, 2020

ii. SPRITUALITY
1. To invite GUEST SPEAKERS to lead the FORMATION
a. Chano to invite SPEAKER
b. Ate Jen to invite SPEAKER

2. VENUE: SJ Conference Room

DATES: MAY 30 & SEPT 26, 2020 (SATURDAY)
TIME: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

3. HOLY MASS TO CONCLUDE THE SPRITUAL FORMATION

a. To consider Service Replacement with GIRLS CHOIR (SEMO)

a. SWIMMING (SUMMER OUTING)
i. The group agreed to have it in a PRIVATE POOL, ‘yung malapit lang.”

 7. Also touched were the HOUSERULES during PRACTICES & SERVICE
a. During choir practices or rehearsals, we agreed that;
i. The choristers should always be at SINGING POSITIONS
ii. NO GADGETS will be allowed during rehearsals
iii. NO EXTRA TALKING during rehearsals
iv. CHORISTERS to have FOCUS during rehearsals

b. During SERVICE / MASS

i. NO UNECESSARY MOVEMENTS during the Mass especially when we are on the riser.
ii. CHORISTERS must OBSERVE proper uniform (Black & White, Black Closed Shoes)
iii. ALWAYS be PRESENTABLE

Also tackled was the inclusion of 1 member in the Parish Choir GC because Mater Melvin cannot handle all
the information passed on to the GC by the Parish Choir Leaders / CORE GRP. The group elected Stephanie
to be included in the Parish Choir GC.
