LEASE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Lease Agreement is made and executed at the City of Calapan this
day of January 31, 2020, by and between:

______________, the lessor, of legal age, married/single, Filipino and with

residence and postal address at _______________________; and

Janelyn , the lessee, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with the residence
and postal address at ______________________;

Wherein, the lessor is the owner of a residential property located at

_________________. The parties agreed that the lessee will lease the said
residential property of the lessor for a consideration of nine hundred fifty pesos
per month, inclusive of all such as water and electricity.
