Note: Customer will tell on site as to which devices need to be replaced. All
connectivity is in ring.

2 SOW Exclusions
The following items are out of scope of this SoW:
Supply or installation of any additional of new equipment’s, licenses, upgrades or passive
networking components.
OS bug fixes and enhancements required for compatibility of existing IT infrastructure
with the proposed platform.
Upgrade, or replacement of existing network devices to operate satisfactorily in the new
network is beyond the scope of this SoW.
Any modifications to Customer’s applications to operate correctly in the proposed
network environment.
Integration of Customer’s devices.
Coordination of or involvement in any of the IT or physical infrastructure readiness
activities
Modification in interiors or furnishing of rooms housing VC and presentation systems
other than coordination with Customer’s architects to facilitate timely installation of the
equipment’s
The supply of any material or the performance of any activity not explicitly included in this
SoW
No Passive work like cable laying, Patching and Link termination, except for the one
explicitly mentioned in the SoW.
3 Customer Responsibilities
The Customer will be responsible for the following:
3.1 General
1. The actual content of any data file, selection and implementation of controls on its access and
use, backup policy, integrity of data during storage and after backup or restore, and security of
the stored data.
2. The identification of, interpretation of, and compliance with, any applicable laws, regulations and
statutes that affect Customer applications or business. Customer is responsible for determining
that any non-NBT products and their integration are in compliance with national building and
installation codes and other laws and regulations, including product safety regulations.
3. Obtaining any licenses or statutory or regulatory approvals related to any facilities, software,
hardware or other resources that the Customer is providing to NBT in connection with NBT’s
performance of the services under this SoW. NBT will be relieved of its obligations that are
adversely affected by Customer’s failure to promptly obtain such licenses or approvals. Customer
agrees to reimburse NBT for any reasonable costs and other amounts that NBT may incur from
Customer’s failure to obtain these licenses or approvals.
4. Ensuring that any non-Network Solutions supplied products and their integration are in
compliance with national building and installation codes and other laws and regulations, including
product safety regulations.
5. Customer will ensure water and electricity supply at site.
6. Customer will provide all the details like IP Schema, VLANs etc related to the network.
5 Proposal Exclusions
This Proposal excludes the following:
Procurement or supply of hardware, software (including freeware) warranty, maintenance and support services.
Upgrade of operating system to support new device or product not supplied under the Agreement
