PROBLEM:
OBJECTIVE:
The Management (higher position than supervisor) must impose strict and transparent rules and regulations
when it comes to attendance and there must disciplinary actions to be made when it is not being followed.
The Management must evaluate the actions and behavior of the supervisor for there might be possibility of
favoritism or biased-treatment of some employees, and the supervisor must be relieved from his duties if found
guilty.
