Receta para la preparacion de Las Catrachas

Ingredients 2 people

4 tortillas
Fried beans
Grated cheese
2 small tomatoes
3 slices of red onion

Prepare the fried beans according to your preference, they can be liquefied or crushed.

In a little hot oil fry the tortillas, the number of tortillas to fry varies according to the number of
diners and how many each will eat.

NOTE: If you do not want to fry the tortillas or do not want to eat with a lot of fat, you can put
them to toast on a comal.

Once you have everything ready, the beans and the fried tortillas, we start to assemble.

You put the fried tortillas on the home plate.

You put the beans on the tortilla as you cover the entire tortilla.
Finally you add the grated cheese. And you already have the catracha ready !! Bon Appetite.

I like it with a tomato and red onion chimol, so I made it extra.
