2009年8月8日，董事长马斌参加了时任中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理温家宝在南通主持召开的座谈会，
汇报了企业的发展情况，在听取完汇报后，温总理高兴地说：“马斌啊，你就是神马！”
温总理要求对神马下一步发展给予重点扶持，他说：“神马已经做成功的复合杆塔是革命的技术，都是能够替
代传统产品的，江苏省委省政府要重点关注这个项目，重点支持神马的发展。后续我也会召集科学家论证，听取意
见。”温总理还邀请董事长马斌参加了他于9月21日在中南海主持召开的发展新兴产业座谈会。
On August 8, 2009, Chairman Ma Bin attended the symposium in Nantong convened and presided over by
Wen Jiabao, who was a Standing Committee Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee
and the Premier of the State Council, reporting the development of the company. After listening to the report,
the Premier Wen said gladly: “Ma Bin, You are just the Shenma (magic horse)!"
Premier Wen required focused support to the next-step development of Shemar. He said: “The composite
tower, which has been made a success by Shemar, is a revolutionary technology which can substitute
conventional products. The provincial party committee and government of Jiangsu Province should pay great
attention to this project and give strong support to the development of Shemar. Later I will also call up
scientists for argumentation and take some advice." Premier Wen also invited Chairman Ma Bin to attend the
Symposium on Development of Emerging Industries convened and presided over by him in the Zhongnanhai
Compound on September 21.
2009年9月21日，董事长马斌参在中南海参加了国务院发展新
兴战略性产业座谈会，会议由时任中共中央政治局常委、国务院总
理温家宝主持，时任中共政治局常委、国务院副总理李克强，时任
中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理回良玉，时任中共中央政治局
委员、国务委员刘延东以及时任国务院委员兼国务院秘书长马凯等
党和国家领导人出席了座谈会。在听取了企业加快培育新兴产业应
以市场需求为导向，应着力打造以企业为主体的创新能力，应着重
形成产业链上的竞争力，应建立企业家正确的人生观、价值观的汇
报后，与会的国务院领导对企业发展思路给予了高度肯定。

quicker pace, enterprises should orient themselves to market demand, exert great efforts in building enterprise-
dominant innovation capabilities, focus on forming competitiveness in industry chains, and establish the correct
outlook on life and values for entrepreneurs, leaders of the State Council present at the symposium highly affirmed the
development ideas of the enterprises.
