Working as CNS Engineer at Fujairah International Airport in FANS (Fujairah Air Navigation Services)
since year 2019.

Responsibilities
 Installation and configuration of Approach & Control Tower VHF/UHF wireless Radios.
 Integration of wireless communication radios with voice communication Switch (Schmid VCCS).
 Installation of remote control Panels for ATC systems monitoring in the workshop.
 Integration of CNS Equipment to monitor the ATC equipment’s failure and to ensure the minimal disruption in
operation.
 General modifications and upgrades to systems that have issues, outdated and can’t be repaired.
 Ensuring the calibrations are always updated (e.g. Flight calibration (ILS, DVOR/DME), test equipment (PIR,
multi-tester, frequency counter and oscilloscope).
 General maintenance of MLAT system.
 Managing the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and reconfiguration of the systems for reliability and
integrity.
 Ensuring the routine maintenance, daily checks and maintenance records are upto date.
 Equipment faults reports and log books are maintained properly.
 Work strictly in accordance with local Instructions and Guidelines to the highest standard
 Ensure all levels of CNS\ATM preventive maintenance are completed to the highest standard.

Worked as CNS Engineer at RAK International Airport in CNS department 2017 to NOV-2019

Responsibilities.
 Preventive and corrective maintenance of CNS equipment like RDPS, FDPS, VCCS, AFTN, VHF/UHF Radio, ILS &
AWOS system.
 Ground checks and Calibration of Radio Navigation aids like ILS, DVOR & DME.
 Maintenance of all Radio Communication System like VHF transmitter and Receivers, ICOM Handheld Radios.
 Monitor and rectify complaints or issues reported by ATC, MET and other departments on a real time basis.
 Modification & Repair of Electronics circuit boards.
 CNS Equipment status monitoring and to take necessary action in the event of fault (Alarm or warning).
 Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly equipment status reports.
 Daily routine checks of CNS / Tower equipment..
 Network line tracing, pulling and termination of CAT5/6 Copper & optical fiber cables.
