Objective
I am looking for a position in the medical environment that allows me to contribute my services as a
medical professional and as a human service professional (that allows me to gain experience and
growth as a medical professional and as a human service professional). I have a desire to be involved
within medical facilities, mental health facilities and as a customer services professional within call
centers or human resources.

I have successfully completed Murdoch Developmental Centers “Basic Training Series”; which
includes, but is not limited to program library training, First Aid, North Carolina Intervention
Techniques (NCI), and CPI, CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting and HIPPA knowledge.
I also have experience in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint). Also have experience
filing. I type 28 WPM. Working knowledge of computers and the ability to use software such as,
Microsoft Word and EXCEL. Data entry capabilities and ability to file efficiently with attention to
detail. Ability to multi-task and organize. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to
interact with physicians and other users of medical records in a variety of situations and demonstrate
courtesy to patients, families, vendors and the public by giving appropriate information, advice and
assistance while abiding to confidentiality regulations.
