GENERAL NOTE

1. Each individual instrumentation that include at control valve package, e.g. valve body, trim, actuator, regulator, positioner, etc.
Shall have a 316 SS label with information about P.O, S/N, material, manufacture, model and, size as minimum,
engraved in 1/4" minimum high lettering.
2. The label shall be permanently attached to each instrumentation using 316 SS screws or rivets.
3. Each Instrument shall supplied with SS identification tags.
4. Vendor shall furnish sizing calc. shall be as per ISA S75.01, indicating Rated CV, % travel, noise, trim size, body size,
valve type and valve characteristic, shall be provided for purchaser's review and approval.
5. The air filter regulator shall be suitable to handle 130% of maximum instrument air supply pressure.
6. All Control valves noise shall not exceed 85 dB (A) at points 3 feet away from the valve and 3 feet downstream.
7. Vendor is required to submit noise calculation and select anti noise trim to comply maximum noise 85 dBA.
If noise exceed
