DEFINING CREATION:
Instructions:
With your list of experiences and beliefs you wish to embody. The
idea is to define them, then specify a scene based on what you
actually want. Use I AM tense, shape what you NOW are.

Examples of writing:
Keep in mind, we are writing matter of facts. We are
I AM ... EASILY changing the tree. That is why the statements are
I HAVE ... ALWAYS generally general. Everything in the world will change
to fit it, instead of just choosing one specific thing,
I DO ... EVERY TIME and changing it.
THEY ARE ...
BECAUSE I AM ...
THEY DO ... IN A PERFECT WAY
HE IS ...
I AM GRATEFUL THAT I HAVE ...

Full example of the previous section where I wrote, “treated unfairly”. My


solution would be: "I AM treated fairly, and all things work out in my favor."

Another example would be, where I wrote, “women come and go”, I
would write: "All women remain interested and committed in a
relationship with me, and likewise I do with them."

Using the previous list, base the following pages on those I AM statements.
Sometimes we have a target of our desire but it doesn't actually EQUATE our
actual desire. Even myself, I've manifested so many things but when I got them, I
realized they were not what I actually wanted. So what I do to make sure I am
effective is outline WHAT I WANT in terms of TRAITS, then I equate it into a
scene.

TECHNIQUE OF IMAGINING:

This is one of the most effective techniques, as it


fully uses your imaginal awareness to impress
seeds of different facets on the subconscious,
and manifest a fully accurate scene. The idea is to
construct a scene which would take place if and
only if your desire had already been fulfilled.
When you do that, you bring it into your
imagination in first person point of view and feel
the feelings as if it is happening now, think the
thoughts that you would be thinking if it were
happening now, and so on. In doing so, that will
impress the subconscious mind, and manifest on
the screen of space,

SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?


WHAT DO YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE IN YOUR LIFE?
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

1. Deliberately concoct a play which would occur if your


desire had been satisfied. Make it condensed, and short —
a scene which would imply that you are already the person
you want to be. Specifically, ensure the time frame of your
play is after your desire is already yours. Remember, the
pattern of fulfillment is within the seed — so do not worry
about the means, for if you imagine the end, the pattern
will include everything that would
need to unfold for your scene to reach full fruition
.
2. Get into a relaxed state, where you are not worried about
the future, or past. Close your eyes if you wish. Take time to
relax completely, breathing deeply and dispelling any
anxiety or thoughts about obligations. The idea is to empty
the mind so that you can fill it with the play you have just
created, and replace this current reality with your desired
one

3. Enter into your play as if you are actually there, in your


Rimagination.

4. Think as if youʼre the main actor in this play — yourself —


and act as if youʼre really there. Use all of your sense
Rorgans

5. Repeat the scene on repeat until it becomes steady, and


Reffortless. Do this
Runtil you can feel as if you are really there.

6. Drop it, stop imagining

CONVERSATION TECHNIQUE

In order to imagine yourself as the person you


want to be, with those assumptions and
patterns, you only need to say the pattern to
someone else in your imagination, and have
them verify it to you. You would construct a
scene which would imply that you are already
now the person you desire to be, where a
friend is complimenting you on your success
as having those things happen in your life. And
you would be affirming it back to them. Thatʼs
all it takes. To construct the conversation, and
whom youʼd be speaking with, and in your
imagination have them tell you who you are.

1. Define what you want

2. In your imagination, have someone congratulating


Ryou on being whom you already are who you
Rdesire to be, that you have what you desire to
Rhave. “James, congratulations on <desire
Rfulfilled>. Feel the feelings of how it would feel if
Rthat person was really saying it to you.

3. See the smile on their face. See their mannerisms.

4. Affirm back to them, “Thank you! I am so happy


Rthat <desire fulfilled>” Feel the feelings.

5. Drop it.

6. If you do not feel satisfied, repeat this process


Reach day until you are fully satisfied, and feel
Rthe emotions as if you already are the person
Ryou desire to be.

DECREEING / AFFIRMING TECHNIQUE

Take that list of patterns you wish to


experience in your life, as if they have
already happened and are currently
executing, and with feeling, decree them to
yourself. Say them in your mind, loud and
clear. Feel the feeling as if they are true. “I
AM sought after!” “I AM wealthy!” “Money
comes to me easily and effortlessly!” Repeat
them with feeling, until they feel excellent!
This is all it takes in order to impress the
subconscious with your new patterns, and to
release the old. Do not do this robotically,
but do it with feeling — for that will make the
difference between success and failure.

1. Define what you want, and write a statement as, “I AM”,


R“I HAVE”... Such as, “I am rich”, “I am in a relationship”, “I
Ram married”, “I am famous”... “I Rhave a new car...”

2. In your head, claim to yourself in an affirmative manner,


R“I AM <desire fulfilled>, with feeling. If it feels like you’re
Rlying, just repeat the phrase without I AM, until you feel
Rcomfortable enough to add I AM.

3. Repeat it until you feel satisfied that you have done it


Rproperly

4. Drop it.

5. If you do not feel satisfied, repeat this process each


Rday until you are fully satisfied, and feel the emotions as
Rif you already are the person you desire to be

Then do this...
Keep track of how often you imagined
each one . Only imagine until you feel
satisfaction over each imaginal act. These
exercises are used to train your faith that
not only do you not have to continuously
imagine the end, but only until
satisfaction, but also that it is important to
drop the desire.
Keep of which desires manifest, when,
and what your mind set was before they
manifested. Were you thinking about
them a lot? Did you forget about them?
You will usually conclude that you have
not been obsessed with them — and it is
almost mandatory that it not be on the
forefront of your mind for it to manifest.
