Positive Observation/s: Personnel are punctual and they can easily adjust on their new designation in
records section and recruitment.
Negative Observation/s: Lack of office supplies especially photocopier toner.

Day 2 (February 11,2020)

Positive Observation/s: Trainees properly executed their tasks and responsibilities in their designated
offices.
Negative Observation/s: None

Day 3 (February 12,2020)

Positive Observation/s: Seeing personnel working very hard with their own tasks and responsibilities
inspires us and work hard too.

Positive Observation/s: All personnel and trainees are busy, complying the task given to them.

Positive Observation/s: We assisted wardens and other personnel during the ELCAC Seminar.

Reflection: As time goes by, more knowledge was gained and development was seen. Although it was
not seen by other personnel we know in ourselves that we improved and become better than before.
