10. Mercedes is making a new game from pieces of several older games. She plans to
cover each face of a pair of polyhedral dice with a different-colored sticker. If each
die has 9 vertices and 15 edges, how many stickers will she need? Explain.
By Euler’s Formula:
F+V=E+2
F = 15 + 2 − 9
F=8
Each die has 8 faces. Two dice have 16 faces.
She will need 16 stickers.
