Student email - Guide

EMAIL SETUP
The Gallup StrengthsQuest System requires you to login using an approved Laureate email address.
Follow the following steps to make sure you can access your student email.
1. Your student email address runs from within Gmail. Visit https://mail.google.com and enter the
following details:
Username - this is your student email address
click 'next'
Password - this is your student ID number (ensure capital T at the end)
click 'sign in'
NOTE: If you have an existing Gmail account then you must sign out of it before trying to login
using the above information.
2. If this is the first time accessing your student account, you will be asked to change your password.
3. You should now be able to see all emails sent to your student account.
If you cannot, please visit Student Services on campus or call 1300 204 069 for further assistance.

MULTIPLE GMAIL ACCOUNTS

On mobiles and tablets you should be able to swap between Gmail accounts within the same app.

1. Click on the different coloured 'heads' to swap between

accounts (you can add more than 2 if you wish).

2. You will receive notifications as normal.

NOTE: On a laptop or PC you will need to sign out of one
account before signing in again to the other.

Most email software (e.g. Outlook, iOS Mail, Alto Mail, K-9 Mail)
allows you to add multiple email addresses.
