    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    1. Installation within a 3 days from the date of Purchase Order.
    2. The Payment must be made Quarterly in advance.
    3. Cheques/DD payments must be made in favor of M/s. D-Vois Communications Pvt Ltd,
    payable at Hyderabad.
    4. The link Established should undergo a 24hrs constant test for connectivity
    Commissioning.
    5. Service tax extra 18 % on bandwidth charges as per govt rules
    6. Minimum Contract Period is for 12 Months with auto Renewal at the end of the Contract .
