the importance of this mentoring session for his teaching day-to-day practice. At
the end of the session the objective and the expectations were fully
accomplished.
3. I told my mentee that planning is most important step in the teaching – learning
process because the success of the whole process depends on the accuracy of
the such process. In addition to that, implementing the lesson plan plays a key
role in the process. Ever since, the success of the lesson lays in the correct
implementation of the plan.
4. The most relevant detail about my lesson plan is the implementation of Reflective
Teaching strategies.
5. My mentee and I agreed on opening a WhatsApp group so that we can keep in
touch constantly. We also agreed on having F2F sessions twice a month.
6. As long as I could perceive, my mentee´s mood was the proper for the occasion
and that made me feel comfortable and willing to continue.
7. Being an inspiring teacher has been such a rewarding experience for me as
teacher as well as individual. Throughout the process I experienced many
changes specially in terms of learning new things and re-arranging some mental
processes. Now, I see a lot of things with different eyes. Being an inspiring
teacher has been very exciting to me because I have found out many things I did
not know I had. I consider that now I possess a number of tools that can be of
use for inspiring others to be betters teachers and to inspire others as well. I
have already programmed myself to continue to be an inspiring teacher. As a
consequence, a realized that I have to keep on studying and collecting as many
tools as possible.
8. Pictures of the mentoring session:
