school. As Audra’s mentor teacher, I have had the pleasure of working
closely with her as a co-teacher, and I have been able to see her teach,
guide, and care for students on a daily basis.

I am always so impressed by Audra’s positive demeanor, a quality which

she carries over into her classroom interactions with students, and a
quality that makes her such a caring teacher. Audra also fits in
seamlessly with school staff and community. She has offered her help in
other classrooms and has helped students not only in our second-grade
classroom, but throughout the school. She has a natural talent for
building relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. Audra
would surely be an asset to any school team.

Audra has a growth mindset, and is always finding ways to learn and
improve her teaching practices for her diverse learners. She has a
refreshing approach to her pedagogy, and always puts her students’
learning and well-being first when she plans out her lessons and
activities. It has been a pleasure getting to know her for the months she
has been my student teacher and teammate.

It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Audra Gardner for her

contributions to students and education. She has so many great qualities
to offer at your school, and I know she will be a wonderful asset to your
