This has reference to your application and subsequent interview which you had with us for the position of “Junior Engineer -
Production” based at Sricity Plant. We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the above position on the terms and
conditions explained to you and agreed upon by you during the course of interview.

The offer is valid till November 20, 2018; you shall join our company on or before November 20, 2018. This offer is valid
subject to successful reference check / background check and medical fitness.

Your salary will be as follows:-

Medical Reimbursement 1,250 Per month
Other Allowance 7,150 Per month
Gross Pay 40,000 Per month
Provident Fund 2,400 Per month
Gratuity 962 Per month
Variable pay EVAIC @ 5% 24,000 Per annum
CTC PM 45,362 Per month
CTC PA 544,338 Per annum
Income tax & Profession tax are as per the act.

You shall be entitled to receive EVA Incentive Compensation Plan (EVAIC) / Variable incentive @ 5% of your Gross salary (as
mentioned in the table) based on the plant target shall be communicated to you in due course.

The terms of offer of employment and acceptance thereof is final and irrevocable for both parties and any party contravening
the terms of offer letter contract shall be liable for payment of damages in the jurisdiction of our plant.

Letter of appointment containing detailed terms and conditions will be given upon your joining the organization.

1. Xerox copies (Attested) of the certificates and testimonials in support of your qualification and experience
2. Age Certificate
3. Medical fitness certificate from a medical practitioner
4. Two passport size photographs
5. Relieving letter/copy of resignation letter duly received by previous employer.
