Minutes of General Body Meeting held on 20/09/2015

No of members attended the Council meeting was around 15

Agenda of meeting was as follows:

 Presentation of Annual Reports 2013-14,2014-15
 Consideration and passing of Annual Accounts 2013-14,2014-15
 Appointment of New committee members
 Appointment of Auditors
 Any other matters

 Minutes of previous general body meeting was read out by Sri. Ramesh , treasurer
 Presentation of Annual Reports 2013-14,2014-15 by Sri. Vijayakumar, President
Progress report for 2013-14 and 2014-15 Soundarya Links Apartments
1. As usual ‘Ganesh Pooja’ was celebrated grandly both the years
2. With reference to the developments taking place in the Civil Court, a rear door at the
basement compound was constructed
3. With reference to the water seeping from bathroom, terrace etc, an AGM approval is to
be obtained to get it repaired
4. The Diesel Generator was repaired and serviced both the years and is functioning
properly
5. All the four ducts were cleaned and the same were covered with wire mesh so that the
pigeon do not enter inside and die.
6. North East bore well was cleaned as we were getting dirty water.
7. All the lift doors were replaced as the old ones were worn out.
8. Quotation were collected from reputed firms to get the water leakage arrested.
9. The basement / overhead tanks were cleaned once in six months.
10. A new battery was procured and fitted to the generator costing Rs. 10,500/-.
11. Members are insisting to get the building painted.

 Annual Accounts which was already circulated to the members for the years 2013-
14,2014-15 was passed unanimously ,proposed by Mr. N.Raguraman, F.no.001, and
seconded by Mr.mukund, F.no.202.
Appointment of Auditor was discussed and it was decided to change the Auditor. It was
decided that the new Council to will appoint the Auditor.
 APPOINTMENT OF NEW EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBERS :
SOUNDARYA LINKS APARTMENTS OWNERS ‘S ASSOCIATION

The following were appointed to New executive council.

Sri. N.Raguraman of Flat no 001 was appointed as President.
Sri. Raghavendra of Flat no. 007 was appointed as Vice President.
Sri. ManojBajpai of Flat no .202 was appointed as Secretary.
Sri. Ashok of Flat no.106 was appointed as Treasurer.

It was left to the New Executive committee for nominating other members.

OTHER MATTERS

 The following points were raised and discussed

1. Tank cleaning to be taken up on priority and once in four months it is to be continued.

2. THOSE WHO USE balcony for washing to ensure proper drainage is done thro pipes.
3. Collection of Rs.11000/ from members not paid sofar is to be expedited. It was
informed that one member already paid.
4. Parking to be properly organised and reset to have more space and convenience.
5. Installation of CCTV is to processed at the earliest.
6. Auto closure provision is to be done for Lift inner Door& Floor mat to be provided .
7. Two more Dust bins are to provided to avoid waste are dumped in ground.
8. To use the sand and steel left over from the previous purchase for new works. Also to
collect pro-rata amount for the sand used by members to the Association.
9. To install and Manage SOLAR panel for the reduction in electricity bill and get
concession for the same.
10.Face lifting the building duly taking up outer painting after attending to leakages.
11. For having safe playing and avoid damage to vehicles net to be provided in play area.
12.Provide Gates at the entrance and steps of the BASEMENT to secure the Apartments
13.Generator to be covered with sound proof material.
14.To continue Rs.1000/ AS SINKING FUND.
15. Locking of terrace gate during Night.
