-----Based on the user story which was assigned to me ,I will perform the in depth
analysis refer the documentation ,ensure best procedures are followed by vetting it

-----As per the customer demands I focused on the areas like automating the
dashboards using Performance Analytics, worked on the implementation of the Ignio's
use case to automate the idetified process, Enhanced the Service portal's search
critieria.
