 In case readings are being recoded in SCADA, readings to be taken on hourly basis.
Soft copy/print out to be kept as record keeping. Shift engineer/JE/Technician must certify that all data have been recorded correctly.

Note:

1. Reading to be taken once during the day


2. Run Engine idle for 3 to 5 minutes before shutting it down.
3. Idle running of each DG set on daily basis at 1030 Hrs for 10 mts. However, if DG set
had run due to emergency during last 24 Hrs., idle running is not to be done.
4. If DG comes on service during night time, Maintenance staff shall be informed after 2
hrs. of operation for checking.
