    THE SNAIL AND THE ANT

    I am a snail and I live in


    the forest. Many people
    like me, but I have one
    best friend. It is an ant.

    It is very small and black. In the summer it


    works a lot. In the winter it is in its home and
    sleeps.

    In the morning I see my friend in the


    forest and we drink water from the
    river or eat a leaf from the tree.

    In the evening we go for a walk. We sometimes


    go to the mountain or to the lake. I love my
    friend very much.
