18, 1991 FACTS: There was a package searched by the security


officer, and when he searched under the chocolates, they found out that there was marijuana
underneath. They said they could not search the package because there was no search warrant. ISSUE:
Could they use the provisions of the Bill of Rights on Search Warrants? HELD: The Supreme Court said
NO. It was not a police officer who conducted the search but it was done by a private individual.
