RES GRADE LEVEL PLC NORMS

Fifth Grade Norms​:

- Be on time - Be Positive - Limit Distractions
- Work smarter, not harder - Be prepared - Respect other’s ideas

4th PLC NORMS: ​Pause to​ think and reflect before speaking. We make decisions by 
consensus. We never sabotage. We use data rather than opinion or personal experience to 
frame team decisions. We commit to sharing strategies, practices, tools, and resources to 
support the success of all members of the team. We equally disperse the blessings and 
challenges amongst all of our classrooms.  
 
 
3rd-grade Norms:
1) Stay on task
2) Follow agenda
3) Everyone is an active participant
4) Be respectful of one another.
 
2nd-grade Norms 
1. We make a decision by consensus. 
2. We reflectively use data to make decisions. 
3. We commit to sharing strategies, practices, tools, and resources 
that effectively teach the standards. 
4. We take ownership of all students’ progress. 
 
First Grade Team norms.
-Be positive, open-minded, and willing to hold each other accountable.
-Collaborate and plan together.
-Stay on topic and no sidebar conversations.
-Start on time and end on time.
