I feel that this is all still very applicable to me at this time. I do want to become
more comfortable as far as holding my peers accountable. Where there have not
been any instances in which I have found a colleague acting inappropriately, I
want to be confident enough to confront anyone who might. Pursuing a leadership
position will help me feel more able to step up to the plate when needed.
