Greetings!

In line with the attached Executive Order No. 20 Series of 2020 released by the Office of
the Davao City Mayor dated March 23, 2020 pertaining to “AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY
QUARANTINE BEGINNING 05:00H OF THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2020 UNTIL 23:59H
OF SUNDAY APRIL 19, 2020 UNLESS FURTHER EXTENDED, MODIFIED OR
WITHDRAWN,” we would like to request for the implementation of the following safety
precautions and preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic at the BFAR XI
Regional Office Building construction site:

a. All workers/employees and managers/engineers entering the construction site

must wear face masks. Face masks with face shield is encourage;
b. Hand washing facilities, hand sanitizers and disinfectant must be available on the
area especially in site canteen and time keepers table; and
c. A two meters social distancing must be observed.
