Toulouse, March 31st, 2020 UPDATE # 2

Subject: COVID-19 – STATUS ON ATR TRAINING & SIMULATOR OPERATIONS

Dear Customer,

Since our first status published 19th March, the rapid expansion of COVID-19 Pandemic and
additional measures taken by Governments has led ATR to further adjust its training operations in
the coming weeks.

Please find here below an update on the present situation for each ATR Training Center and
location, worldwide:

ATR TOULOUSE TRAINING CENTER (FRANCE)

Customer training activities remain suspended for now, until April 30th 2020.

That includes:
- Flight Crew training and all FFS operations (WET or DRY)
- Cabin Crew, Maintenance and Flight Operations Training
- Training in-situ (at customer base), including mobile class-room

Training courses impacted by the Covid-19 crisis are tentatively being rescheduled from May
2020 onwards, in coordination with each customer.

ATR PARIS TRAINING CENTER (FRANCE)

To ensure minimum business continuity for customers, ATR is looking at implementing

reduced FFS operations in Paris starting April 15th, 2020.

Such reduced operations would consist in two (2) FFS slots per day, made available to
customers willing to perform short and essential training programs (recurrent) with their own
instructors (DRY only).

Reinforced cleaning & disinfecting procedures will apply within the Paris Training, Center as well
as in the simulator cockpit.

Should you foresee a need for your operations, please contact your usual Account Manager.
We will review feasibility case by case and establish suitable guidelines.
ATR MIAMI TRAINING CENTER (USA)

The evolution of COVID-19 in the USA has led the City of Miami to introduce stricter containment
measures since last week, which hinders our ability to maintain training activities under
satisfactory conditions for our customers.

As a consequence, ATR has to suspend training and Full Flight Simulator operations in
Miami until Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 included.

In the coming days we will continue to closely monitor this situation and assess whether
conditions are met for a potential restart.

ATR SINGAPORE TRAINING CENTER (SINGAPORE)

Following ATR Simulator relocation in Airbus premises in Singapore, the restart sequence is
progressing and EASA FFS certification is expected in about two weeks.

However, Singapore has recently issued a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) for all travelers
entering Singapore as from March 20th, which currently prevents ATR from offering practicable
training services to flight crews not already staying in Singapore.

We will provide you with a new update by mid-April, once the EASA simulator qualification is
obtained.

Meanwhile, we invite you to consult the precautionary measures and updates related to the
Covid-19 situation issued regularly by the Singapore Ministry of Health on
https://www.moh.gov.sg.

JOHANNESBURG TRAINING (SOUTH AFRICA)

South Africa is now enforcing a strict curfew until mid-April, which will have an adverse
impact on the restart of our WET Flight Crew Training, initially expected for May 2020. We will
provide you with a new update by mid-April.

ATR teams are committed to work diligently to support you in this difficult period, and ensure we can
resume normal operations as soon as the context permits.

We wish you to stay safe till then. With warm regards,

Christian Commissaire
VP Training & Flight Operations
