NATURE OF WORK
 • Performed the functional checks and material receiving inspection pipe, pipe fittings,
flanges, valves, as per the API, ASTM, ASME, project specification, Approved Inspection
Test Plan (ITP) & IFC drawing.
• Site surveillance and monitoring the construction site work activities as per project standard
and preparing the daily FIT-UP report on daily basics and reported to the planning
department (PPC), QC Manager.
· Witnessing Bend, Tensile and Charpy Impact Testing and Conducting Hardness Testing.
· Interpret & Evaluate Test Results and Preparation of NDE Reports including radiographic
film interpretation in accordance with applicable Codes, Standards, Specifications (or)
Procedures
· Under take QC painting/coating activities in the work place such as Witnessing and
Monitoring of surface preparation, weather conditions and painting as per specification.
· Controlling of Non-Conformance, Streamline to activities and closeout of NCR.
· Report and advising Project Management for matters related to Project Quality, Error
Prevention, and Corrective and Preventive action
· ISO procedures implementation during all Inspections and for internal and external ISO
9001 auditing.
