7. Process flow including raw materials requirements, utility requirements, machineries and civil construction
requirements, etc.
8. NOC of UP, BIWTA, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Department of Explosive, etc.;
9. Copy of Treasury challan and vat as per rule of DOE.
