The teacher’s profession is complex and this requires a lot of responsibility. Being a
teacher means working with children of different personalities and it can be very arduous.
Young teachers face many problems and one of them is classroom management and management
of inappropriate behavior of students.

Students become brash and therefore constantly are berate by teachers for their
behaviors. But that is not ample, and teachers try to assuage the situation by motivating them in
various forms if they behave properly.
