30 January 2019
Thank you for your letter of 29 January 2019 which you said that you had received the bad
quality of component supplied in the previous year.
Our factory have inspected the component you returned and they inform us that the defects
are caused by a liquid glue, sold under the trade name of Gluequick. The product never use
in our factory and the delivery note signed when the goods were delivered bears the word
“Received in good order and condition” , and signature by M.Wyatt and also the effect that
all defects discovered after delivery must be notified by ‘recorded delivery’ letter within
seven days.
In closing we would like to apologize that we can not help you with the problem because the
defects that discovered is not our fault.
Yours Sincerely

Thank you for your letter of 28 January in which you tell about the ineffective operation of
the solar panels installed eighteen months ago.
From our inspection of the site. We discovered a huge of offices has been erected next to the
site, which effectively screen the panels for most of working day and the consequent output is
greatly reduced.
I want to suggest you that the one corner of your site is still free from this shilding effect, and
a solar panel of a new type could be installed at this point to feed energy into the existing
system, thank you.
Yours Sincerely
Alwi Lahuddin
