About Four-stroke engine
Four Stroke Cycle Engines. A four-stroke cycle engine is an internal combus on engine that u lizes four dis nct piston strokes (intake, compression, power, and exhaust) to
complete one opera ng cycle. The piston make two complete passes in the cylinder to complete one opera ng cycle.

1. Intake stroke: The piston moves downward to the bo om, this increases the volume to allow a fuel-air mixture to enter the chamber.
2. Compression stroke: The intake valve is closed, and the piston moves up the chamber to the top. This compresses the fuel-air mixture. At the end of this stroke, a spark plug
provides the compressed fuel with the ac va on energy required to begin combus on.
3. Power Stroke: As the fuel reaches the end of it’s combus on, the heat released from combus ng hydrocarbons increases the pressure which causes the gas to push down
on the piston and create the power output.
4. Exhaust stroke: As the piston reaches the bo om, the exhaust valve opens. The remaining exhaust gas is pushed out by the piston as it moves back upwards.

What are four stroke engines used for?

The four-stroke engine is the most common types of internal combus on engines and is used in various automobiles (that speci cally use gasoline as fuel) like cars, trucks, and
some motorbikes

Why is 4 stroke engine better?

Two-stroke engines don't live as long as four-stroke engines. The lack of a dedicated lubrica on system means that the parts of a two-stroke engine wear-out faster. Two-
stroke engines require a mix of oil in with the gas to lubricate the cranksha , connec ng rod and cylinder walls.

from 1:25 to 1:30. A litre of petrol needs 40ml of oil

.Working Principle: Using methanol as fuel. The process of moving from one end of the cylinder to the other when the piston reciprocates within the cylinder is called a stroke
.The four-stroke engine is divided into an intake stroke, a compression stroke, a power stroke and an exhaust stroke
.2 laps of oil needle factory debugging, 1.5 laps of auxiliary oil needle factory debugging, and the minimum idle thro le is 2.5mm

Got the engine but not started yet.

This is an engine I have been wai ng for, I own many glow and gas airplane engines , two and four stroke, but I think this will be nice in a scale model boat, not to go
super fast, but a mahogany Cris Cra or a detailed tugboat.
I ordered one the same evening I found this on the web.
I really like the starter, and hope for a nice idle and good torque. I think a clutch so the boat can idle but not move, or a reversing gearbox would be a nice as an extra.
The engine is very well machined, beau ful nish, and one of only a few four stroke engines this small, hope it rums as nice as it looks.
Hope Toyan will make a inline two cylinder that will not be to expensive next.

The engine arrived well, but many accessories not included. When I ask Mona for help, she solved it just in several hours. And I can buy other accessories in S rlingkit.
That is very nice service. Recommend!
