Vanderbilt YMCA/West Side Y: Rates include use of gym and swimming pool. After 28 days, occupants may be required to change rooms. Kitchen facilities

Midtown East Apartments: Private rooms in two-bedroom, fully-equipped and furnished apartments. Apartments are shared with other students of mixed
gender. Prime location within walking distance to school. Minimum stay is 14 days. Price in U.S. dollars.

Midtown Studios: Private apartments located in prime Manhattan locations. Minimum stay is one month. Inquire for additional short-term, executive options.

Tropics Hotel: On Collins Avenue and 1 block from the beach. Private bathrooms. Outdoor pool and fully-equipped kitchen facilities. Rates include 13% hotel tax.

Collins Avenue apartments: Single or double rooms available in fully-furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartments. Outdoor pool available. Minimum stay is

Apartments require a refundable $300 security deposit paid to the school upon arrival. Students must be 18 years old to stay in apartments.
