For the construction of a two-storey residential building at Coconut

Highlands Subdivision

You are hereby notified to commence work in accordance with the

agreement dated January 2, 2019 on or before January 4, 2019 and you are
to complete the work within 365 calendar days from the receipt of this
notice. A notice of Start of Construction and all required pre-construction
documents must be submitted to the Public Body no later than one (1) day
prior to commencement of work.
