SUMMARY
This application simulates a rotor bearing system with mountings at different locations of the rotor. The
parametric eigenfrequency analysis of this system can be performed to determine the eigenfrequencies at
different angular speeds.

Applications finds its usage in determining the critical speeds of the rotating systems and helps in
improving the design such that these critical speeds are away from the operating speed of the system.

As a result of the analysis, whirl modes, Campbell plot and critical speeds can be obtained.
