What to prepare:
1. SSG will prepare for the bamboos for the banner raising having the same length. Team
advisers will provide the rope 20 meters long and their respective team banner.
2. All games teacher in-charge will prepare the venue of the games including the materials
to be used such as the score board, balls, nets, game scheme, and others.
3. Teacher in-charge also will prepare and submit official results with signatures to the SSG
Adviser at the same time the referee.
4. Students’ attendance – c/o SSG – IN and OUT morning and afternoon – Impose of fines
for non-attendance – 200/day
5. Stage look, decoration and setting in general – Mrs. Plaza’s Group and SSG
6. Sound system and lighting - SSG
