Clean Home Cleaning Service is a residential house cleaning service serving upper-class
families in the Sultanate of Oman. Clean Home will provide cleaning service that will be more
than customer's expectations. The service will be so good that targeted families will not mind
paying a little more price for getting our service because we will give the best cleaning service.

Clean Home cleaning service's plans to have more services and every year the business
will become bigger in size and also in earning profit. This cleaning service business will start
with Ali Haqmani as the owner. The owner will also employ another six workers and as the
business will be more then more workers will be employed. This business plan will help the
owner how to start the business and also manage it properly.

The business will be located in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The target market will
residential flats and offices in Muscat. The business will start from Al Khuwair area because

1.4 Financial Projections & Funds Sought
To start the business, the owner Ali Haqmani will use some of his own money and rest
money will take as loan from bank. The will require about R.O. 5,000 to start. Ali Haqmani will
put R.O. 750 in the business and the remaining money will taken loan from bank.

Clean Home Cleaning Service's start-up costs include equipment needed for cleaning,
business cards and hand outs, fees for registration with Muscat Municipality, buying cleaning
equipment and cleaning material, uniforms of workers, and painting of company sign on the
company bus/car.

Office equipment will be a computer system printer and CD/DVD-RW, telephone line,
fax machine and cellular phone. Some office furniture will also be needed.

Legal fees will be used for registering the business with Muscat Municipality/ministry.
Marketing fees are for the printing of business cards and hand outs.

Cleaning equipment purchased will be one set of equipment for every one worker and
some extra uniforms. Cleaning equipments will be heavy duty vacuum cleaners, assorted
brooms, mops and chemicals (biodegradable). Lastly, company sign will be made on the
company vehicle which will transport workers to different places of work.

like to take cleaning services for houses because the work is not always in one building and their
workers have to go from one building from another. This means the company will have to
transport their workers and this is waste of time for big companies.

The main reason for starting this business is to give service to working people who do not
have enough time to clean their homes because of work. The business will also give its services
to those people who have the time but are not interested to do cleaning themselves as they do not
like cleaning. For offices the business will its cleaning service because big cleaning company are
