weren’t healthy.
 Discussed about the nature of every food which students took name of.
 The effects of fizzy drinks, chocolates, sweets, and all the food they eat
from outside were told to them and how they would affect their health.
 More examples and knowledge was given to the students with enthusiasm
so that students don’t feel boredom.
 Healthy habits were discussed with the students so that they know how to
protect themselves from different and harmful bacterias.
 Light was thrown on students daily routine so that they know everybody
goes through this phase and how they can make a balance with their
current and healthy routine.
 Before giving out goody bags to the students they were asked to tell which
type of food will they now eat. In this activity students enthusiastically
spoke of what they understood from the session. It actually had a positive
response.
