 STUDENTS EXCHANGE ACTIVITIES
On Tuesday 28 February 2020, we went to Prachinburi from Chonburi at 8 am. On
our journey we went lotus mart for buy some snack. After that, we got breakfast in and then
we continued our jurney to abhaibhubejr college thai traditional medicine. Around 1 pm, we
got massage and disscuss about aor schedule and then the teacher deliver us to our room and
we had took a rest.
Day 1, Wednesday, 29 January 2020
We had breakfast at 8 am. After that, we went to factory at 9 am. We learned about
how to made gotu kola for healthy hair and herbal compress ball. In the evening we had
dinner in cafetaria.
Day 2, Thursday, 30 January 2020
We had breakfast at 8 am. After that, we went to clinic of abhaibhubejr to learn thai
traditional massage and have discussion with students and teachers. At the evening we had
dinner with students and back to our room to take a rest.
Day 3, Friday, 31 January 2020
In the morning we had breakfast at 8 am. We ate ‘koloke’. After that, we went to
Bhumi Bhubhejr museum to learned the nine taste of thai traditional medicine with four
element in our body and then we went to coffe shop near the museum. After that, we had
lunch in Abhaibhubejr day spa near the hospital and we went to Abhaibhubejr Hospital. In
there we learned about the history of the hospital and how the doctor of Thai Traditional
Medicine took care of the patient. After we finshed learn about history, we went back to the
dorm.
Day 4, Saturday, 1 February 2020
In the morning we went with 3rd student to the temple and gave fish some food and
then we had lunch after that we went back to dorm.
Day 5, Sunday, 2 February 2020
In the morning we woke up in our dorm at 6 and then we went to khao yai park with
ajarn and 3rd student in Prachinburi. We had took a photo in the mountain and than we went
to the zoo for had lunch with ice cream and bought some merchandise in khao yai national
park after that we went to chocolate factory for had some bingsu food and we had some fun
in chocolate factory after that we went back to dorm at 5pm for rest.
Day 6, Monday, 3 February 2020
On the morning at 6 AM we woke up and had prepared went to Srinakharinwirot
University, Ongkharak Campus at 7 AM in that collage we learned about traditional medicine
we listened ajarn presentation and make tablet medicine for patient who got fever or
headache after that we went back to dorm at 5 PM and got some rest.
Day 7, Tuesday, 4 February 2020
 On the morning at 6am woke up and prepared went to traditional market at 7am for
bought inggridient to make lawar, babi guling goreng, soup kuah (traditional food bali) after
that we started cook at 9am until 4pm but ajarn took me for lunch at 12pm we got some steak
and thai milk tea for lunch after that we continued our cook until 4pm and then we prepared
for presentation our food and what we got from this college in the evening and had fun with
all 3rd student and 4th student in prachinburi and then we finish at 9pm and back to dorm for
rest.
Day 8, Wednesday, 5 February 2020
On this morning is last meet with our friends and ajarn in chaopraya Abhaibhubejhr
college because we went back to Chonburi at 8am this is very sad moment because we had
beautiful memories with them and we hope meet this warm friend and our ajarn again.
