 20 years in service OR;

 18 MA units + 6 years in service, OR;

QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHER III

 20 MA units + 20 years in service

 Masters Degree in Education + 3 years in service
 42 MA units/C.A.R. + 3 years in service
