 VICAT Temperature=155 C
 Not to use (PE) and not use recycled (PP)
 In regular I straws M.F.I is not important but corrugated straw is
recommend to use high M.F.I

 Loader=20~30 % up 50 %
 VICAT Temperature=128 C

 Additive for plastic for coloring plastics
 Melting temperature=2~3 %

1) One U-straw= mm length (flat side)+ mm (overlapping side) =
mm/piece

Example:

120+123=243 mm

97+100=197 mm

110+113=223 mm

2) U-straw quantity per roll Calculation =


4,000,000mm length ÷ 243mm per U-straw =16,500 pieces
4,000,000mm length ÷ 197mm per U-straw =20,000 pieces
4,000,000mm length ÷ 223mm per U-straw =18,000 pieces
