Activity 6:​ Watch the​ Proactive vs. Reactive ​slideshow presentation and answer the

2. Analyze your own behavior. Are you more proactive or reactive?
3. What steps can you take to be more proactive? ​(Hints: Langauge, Circle of
influence)
4. Do you think it’s possible to “carry your weather with you? Explain.
Activity 7:​ Watch the​ Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator​ video and answer
the following questions:

1. Describe your “dark playground”. What does spending too much time in the “dark
playground” lead to?
2. Describe the “hard things” for you. In what areas are you a master
procrastinator?
3. What are the “hard things” that are also usually fun for you?
4. What role does anxiety play in reaching long term goals vs. short term goals.

Activity 8:​ Watch the​ Circle of Control ​ video then create your own circle of control
using the template provided.
